Get an alert when a Fortnite display name frees up
Last updated
Rather than checking by hand every day, save the name and let Fortnite Sniper tell you when it looks free.
How alerts work
You save a name to your watchlist. Fortnite Sniper looks at it again on a slow timer, and if it looks free you get an email or a Discord message. Then you open Epic and change the display name yourself.
Set one up
- Create an account. The free plan includes 1 watched name.
- Check the name you want. If it is taken, save it to your watchlist.
- Choose how to be told: email, or a Discord message.
- When the alert arrives, act straight away. An available name is not reserved.
How many names and how often
- Free: 1 watched name, checked about once an hour.
- Starter: 10 watched names.
- Pro: 40 watched names, plus API keys.
Current prices are on the pricing section of the home page. Taken names, errors and retries do not use your allowance.
Tips
- Watch a few backup names, not only your first choice.
- Keep email notifications out of your spam folder so you do not miss one.
- Read how a name check works if a result confuses you.
