This is a plain-language draft of a notice process. A lawyer should review it before you rely on it. Fortnite Sniper is not affiliated with Epic Games.

DMCA and takedown

Last updated 13 October 2026. We respond to notices of copyright infringement and to trademark complaints about material posted on this site, including marketplace listings.

Copyright notice

If you believe something on the site infringes a copyright you own, send a notice to Support or [email protected] with:

We may remove or disable the material and tell the person who posted it. We may also close accounts that repeatedly infringe.

Counter notice

If your listing was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter notice to the same address. Include your contact details, the material that was removed, its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of your local federal court (or, if outside the United States, to any court where the operator can be found). A lawyer should help you decide whether a counter notice is appropriate.

Trademark and Epic complaints

Fortnite, Epic Games, and related marks belong to Epic Games, Inc. We do not claim those marks. If you are Epic or an authorized agent and want material taken down, use the same contact path and identify the mark, the URL, and why the use is a problem. Impersonating Epic, or using Epic’s marks in a way that suggests we are an official store, is not allowed.
