This is a plain-language draft. A lawyer should review it before you rely on it.

Privacy Policy

Last updated 13 October 2026. This policy explains what Fortnite Sniper collects and why.

Information we collect

How we use it

We use this information to run accounts, send verification and reset email, perform checks you ask for, hold marketplace payments, prevent abuse, and answer support. We also use it to meet bookkeeping and fraud duties. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share data with service providers that do a job for us: email delivery, the payment processor, and Discord when you connect it. A name check sends that display name to Epic’s lookup as part of the check. Marketplace buyers and sellers see the shop profile, listing text, and order chat for their own order. We may share information if the law requires it, or to investigate stolen-account reports.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for the session, a matching token that protects forms, and a referral code if you open an invite link. See the Cookie Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep account and order records while the account is open and for a limited time afterward so we can finish disputes, refunds, and accounting. When you delete an account, we remove the password, username, and Discord link, revoke API keys, and replace the email with a retired address. Orders that already happened stay so the other party and our books still make sense.

Your choices

You can change your email and password in account settings, and you can delete the account when no marketplace order or listing is still open. You can ask support what we hold, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete a support ticket. We may refuse a request when we have to keep a record for a dispute or the law.

Children

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly create accounts for anyone under 18.
