Terms of Service

Who we are

Fortnite Sniper is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Epic Games or Fortnite. Fortnite and Epic Games are trademarks of Epic Games, Inc. We do not speak for Epic, and Epic does not operate this site.

The service

We let you check whether a Fortnite display name looks available, save a short watchlist, and receive an email or Discord alert. We also host a marketplace where people list display names and accounts they say they own. We do not create Epic accounts, we do not change your display name, and an “available” result is not a reservation. You claim a name yourself on Epic, and someone else can take it first.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 to create an account. You agree to give a real email, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using the account. You are responsible for activity under your login. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that breaks these terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law.

Acceptable use and marketplace

The Acceptable Use Policy and the Marketplace Rules and Seller Terms are part of these terms. You may list or sell only names and accounts you own and have the right to transfer. Stolen, hacked, phished, or cracked goods are not allowed.

Plans, credits, and payment

Paid plans, credit packs, and marketplace checkout are billed in US dollars through our payment processor. Prices shown at checkout are the prices you pay, plus any tax the processor adds. A plan allowance counts only names that come back available. Taken names, errors, throttles, retries, and invalid names do not. The free trial is 5-letter scans only and 2 available hits, then it ends. Starter is $25 a month or $250 a year. Pro is $65 a month or $650 a year. Elite is $200 a month or $2,000 a year. Check packs are 100 checks for $10 and 500 checks for $45. Paid allowances reset on the billing cycle. A yearly plan is 10 months of the monthly price for 12 months and keeps the same monthly allowance. Credits and plan allowances are for checks on this service. They are not Epic currency. See the Refund Policy before you pay. Buying a check or an alert does not guarantee you will get a display name.

Your content

You keep ownership of text you submit, such as shop names, listing descriptions, and support messages. You give us permission to store, display, and share that text as needed to run the service, including showing a listing to buyers and a ticket to our admin. Do not post someone else’s private information.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as available. Checks can be wrong, delayed, or rate-limited by Epic. Demo mode returns simulated answers until live Epic credentials are configured. We do not promise that a name will stay free, that an alert will arrive in time, or that a marketplace seller will deliver. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Fortnite Sniper and its operator are not liable for lost names, lost profits, Epic account actions, or indirect damages. Our total liability for a claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or listing at issue in the 30 days before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limit applies only as far as the law allows.

Ending the agreement

You may delete your account from account settings when you have no open marketplace order or active listing. We may stop the service, or stop serving you, if we need to. Sections that should survive, including disclaimers, liability, and marketplace disputes already in progress, stay in effect.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the site and delete the account.
