FAQ

Does Fortnite Sniper create accounts or grab the name?

No. The checker asks Epic whether a display-name change would be accepted. You still rename the account yourself. An “available” result is not a reservation.

Why are the limits small?

Epic rate-limits this kind of lookup. Fortnite Sniper waits between live calls and stops when Epic says slow down. It does not walk past CAPTCHA.

What is demo mode?

Until you add Epic credentials, results are simulated. The dashboard says so. The name “available” is always free in demo mode, and “taken” is always taken. Other names follow a fixed checksum.

When do referral commissions pay?

Twenty percent of a purchase, and only after Stripe marks that purchase paid. Signing up is not enough. The minimum payout request is $20.

What uses a hit?

Only a name that comes back available. Taken names, invalid names, errors, throttles, and retries are free. The free trial is 5-letter scans only and 2 available hits, then the trial ends. Starter is $25 a month ($250 a year) for 300 hits. Pro is $65 a month ($650 a year) for 2,000 hits. Elite is $200 a month or $2,000 a year for 8,000 hits. Check packs are 100 checks for $10 and 500 checks for $45. Paid plans reset that allowance every 30 days from the day you pay.

Can I resell checks?

Elite plans can create sub-users and white-label API keys. Their available hits spend your allowance. Wholesale checkout is half of the current retail price.

How does the marketplace work?

Sellers list a Fortnite display name or an account they own, with a delivery note. Buyers pay through Stripe test checkout. The payment stays held until the buyer confirms delivery or the timer after delivery runs out. Stolen, hacked, or cracked listings are blocked, and every listing has a report button. The fee starts at 10%.
